(SAUDICO) was established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1972 for the purpose of participating in the growth and development of the Kingdom's economy, with a focus on the construction field. SAUDICO has been classified as a Grade One (1) contractor by the Ministry of Housing and Public Works and has grown to become one of the leading firms in the construction sector. SAUDICO has completed a wide variety of projects throughout the Kingdom, including high-rise buildings, infrastructure projects, housing complexes, administration buildings, shopping malls, industrial plants, hospitals, and warehouses under both employer-designed re-measurement contracts and lump-sum turnkey design-and-build projects.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a BIM Modeler located in Riyadh. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and modifying 3D models of buildings and structures, and producing construction documents such as drawings and specifications. The BIM Modeler will also collaborate with design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.QualificationsExpert knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologyProficiency in Architecture and 3D modeling softwareStrong analytical skills and attention to detailProficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systemsAbility to understand complex construction drawings and specificationsKnowledge of construction materials, methods, and codesProfessional certification in BIM is a plu
