Job DescriptionThe Rental Car Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales and marketing activities related to the company's rental car services. This includes developing sales strategies, nurturing customer relationships, leading the sales team, and achieving revenue targets. The successful candidate must have a strong background in sales and a good understanding of the rental car industry.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies and plans to maximize rental car bookings and revenueIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segmentsBuild and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel agenciesLead and manage the sales team, including setting targets and monitoring performanceDevelop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase market shareMonitor competitor activities and market trends, and make recommendationsCollaborate with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to ensure customer satisfactionPrepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior managementStay updated with industry developments and participate in relevant events and trade showsRequirementsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in rental car sales, preferably in a managerial roleProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growthIn-depth knowledge of the rental car industry and market dynamicsStrong leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: From QAR1.00 per monthApplication Question(s):Do you have valid QID (min. 5 months)?Would you be able to provide an NOC if you are selected?Would you be able to join immediately if selected?Experience:Sales Manager: 5 years (Required)Application Deadline: 02/05/2024#J-18808-Ljbffr
