General Manager- Large Rehabilitation Facility, Riyadh • A large, highly equipped medical rehabilitation and special needs education facility in Riyadh;• Recruiting for the position of General Manager;• Applicants should have extensive experience in hospital administration and demonstrate appropriate competence in healthcare management.Parkhouse Bell is representing a large, multi-faceted clinic in Dubai that is looking for a general manager to join their administrative team. You will be required to manage the costs, delivery and quality of healthcare services within the facility. English - Fluent / Excellent Arabic - Fluent / Excellent Own a CarAnyHave Driving LicenseAny Job Skills JOB SUMMARY• Should possess excellent leadership and managerial acumen in leading the management staff and allied healthcare providers working within the facility.• Demonstrates professional and clinical leadership to all the physicians and administrative staff.• Aware of medical malpractice protocols.• Must have a keen interest to formulate and implement clinical strategy as well as relevant clinical standards and policies in accordance to the Group's model for clinical governance.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.• Demonstrate excellent problem solving and decision making skills.• Computer literate.• Well organised with good time management skills.
