The ideal candidate will be a creative visionary with a strong background in virtual production and a passion for immersive technologies. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver cutting-edge virtual experiences and ensure the highest quality of production.Job ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the Virtual Reality Studio, ensuring efficient and effective production workflows.Collaborate with directors, producers, and technical teams to develop and execute virtual production strategies that meet creative and technical requirements.Manage the integration of real-time graphics and virtual environments with live-action footage.Supervise the setup and calibration of virtual production equipment, including motion capture systems, cameras, and lighting.Lead the development and implementation of new virtual production techniques and technologies.Coordinate with the post-production team to ensure seamless integration of virtual and live elements.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, advancements in VR and AR technologies, and best practices in virtual production.Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and ReportsFollow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies, and standards.Safety, Quality & Environment Apply safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.Continuous Improvement Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of department's systems, processes and practices considering 'international best practice', improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.Job RequirementsQualification and Experience Bachelor's degree in media production, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 10 years' experience in virtual production, with a proven track record of managing a virtual reality studio or similar environment.Strong technical proficiency in virtual production software and hardware, including Unreal Engine, Unity, and motion capture systems.Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating teams and managing complex projects.Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.Experience in 3D modeling, animation, and CGI is highly desirable.For more information about Red Sea Global, visit:Website: https://www.redseaglobal.com/enYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watchv=6ySGZwubomwTwitter: https://twitter.com/RedSeaGlobal
