Novakid is an Englishlanguage school for children 4-12 years old, which allows childrento remotely learn a foreign language according to a teachingprogram that meets European CEFR standards on an equal footing withtheir English-speaking peers (Novakid teachers are native speakersfrom the US, UK and other countries). We are an advanced IT companyof 350+ professionals. We are looking for an Sales manager (SMM)with knowledge of Turkish at the advanced / bi-lingual level.Duties: • Check and respond to direct messages andcomments on FB and IG promptly. • Engage with subscribers,answer their queries, and provide information about the product.• Maintain a polite and professional tone in allinteractions. • Actively engage with potential customersand offer them a trial lesson. • Send follow-up messagesto interested leads who haven't yet committed to a paidlesson. • Follow the sales script and funnel to convertleads into paying customers. • Address objections andprovide additional information as needed. • Manage socialmedia contests on FB and IG (respond to participant queries, andselect winners based on predetermined criteria) • Addressnegative comments or complaints professionally and empathetically.• Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhanceskills and knowledge. • Follow company guidelines andpolicies regarding communication, sales, and customer interactions.Conditions: • Remote work possible, any location;• Flexible working hours, 40 hours per week; •Interesting and promising project, please contactus!
