SummaryAssists skilled tradesmen in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance works related to the section. Performs unskilled jobs.Essential Responsibilities and Duties1. Performs general duties and responsibilities of an assistant according to established policies and procedures. 2. Assists in carrying out minor and unskilled maintenance works as assigned.3. Assists skilled tradesmen in carrying tools and equipment to job sites and returns them back to the workshop.4. Pulls out equipment for repair in the workshop and returns them back to the assigned location after repair.5. Withdraw required spare parts from warehouses and deliver it to the workshop.6. Ensures the neat and orderly condition of the workshop. Cleans job site after task completion.7.Cleans job site after task completion. Assists in cleaning and checkingequipment.8. Receives job directions from skilled tradesmen.9. Follows all prescribed safety procedures.10. Follows all Hospital's related policies and procedures.11. Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.EducationAssociate Degree/ Diploma, orHigh School with Vocational Training is required.Experience RequiredNoexperienceisrequired.Other Requirements(Certificates)NA
