Job details
- Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
- Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels and escalate issues according to project work plan
- Coordinate with offshore project manager or outsourcing partners on project status.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction and Information Transparency
- Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources
- Ability to understand and document customer requirements.
- Maintain Customer, Prepare Project Proposals and try to find avenues of business in an existing account.
