Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must understand and comply with quality, safety, and company policies of Weatherford.
  • Performs duties according to the documented Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Management System, Standard Operating Procedures, Workplace Instructions, and HSSE policies.
  • To work closely with the Customers drilling engineers, asset managers and reservoir engineers to identify potential completion product business opportunities and to schedule and coordinate profit generating revenues through sound and organized management.
  • Develop new opportunities and manage existing operations to ensure growth and profitability of the product line.
  • Monitor revenue generation on a monthly basis and compare actual revenue to budgeted figures and advise on any deviations.
  • Participates in the development of operational objectives, develops cohesive operational plans, support of the product tactical plan and that operational and technical objectives are met.
  • Assists in sourcing major product requirements.
  • Works closely with Country Product Line Operation Managers maintaining regular contact with customers to support their requirements.
  • Works with Asset Management teams in assessing locally held assets and inventory supporting the effort to reduce levels of slow and non-moving inventory in the region.
  • Working closely with Country Product Line Operation Managers to increase utilization of locally held assets.
  • Participates in development of the product line's tactical plans in Country Operation market and ensures implementing the key aspects of the plan.
  • Acts as a guide for the client through the WFT tendering and contract process.
  • Works with the Business Intelligence team to understand global client information (spend, Ops, competition etc.).
  • Follows WFT Inc.'s business objectives as outlined in the Business Management System (BMS).
  • Ensures compliance with the WFT Competence Assurance System.
  • Assist in credit worthiness assessments and collection of any account deemed to be delinquent.
  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the management of any problems that may arise.
  • Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business.
  • Provide daily man and fiscal management of the Operational Workshop.
  • Ensure that all employees are allowed a safe and quality work environment.
  • Ensure Staffing levels are commiserating with both the budget and the real life situation for ongoing
  • Application of all Company policies and procedures as relates to the given work environment.
  • Provide direction to all subordinate staff to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Drive towards constant quality and safety improvement and be in communication with management to
  • ensure implementation.
  • Receive and check daily field reports, Job Reports, Customers forms and other Job related documentation
  • and distribute these documents as required. Follow up on comments noted on Service Tickets, Job
  • Reports etc. with operators and brief Workshop Supervisor accordingly. Keep the General Manager
  • Review, control, and approve all invoices issued for clients after each job.
  • Ensure that all assigned administrative procedures are properly carried out according to the company
  • policy, e.g. expense reports, bonus sheets, Local Purchase Orders, Customs documents, bills of loading etc
  • Communicates goals and represent their interests to the team.
  • Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to customers.
  • Maintain relationship with all key decision makers and understand customer's buying style and process.
  • Ensure all Commercial processes are processed through TPMS to maximize efficiency of pricing & tendering.
  • Qualifications Required :
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 5-7 Years' experience Field Operations in Upper and Lower completion.
    • 2-3 Years's experience in Supervisory role.
