Junior Accountant As a growing company in Doha, Qatar, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. This position is open to all nationalities, but candidates with Indian nationality and proficiency in English will be given preference. This is an entry-level position, therefore prior experience is not required. Responsibilities: - Assist with daily accounting tasks such as recording transactions, preparing balance sheets and financial statements - Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely payments - Handle bank reconciliations and assist with payroll processing - Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports as required by law - Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions - Communicate with clients/vendors regarding payment inquiries or discrepancies Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel - Own visa or ability to obtain one is mandatory Benefits: We offer a competitive salary package for this position along with opportunities for growth within the company.
