We are looking System Specialist/ Engineer (Arabic) for Qatar If you are interested, please go through the below JD and update you cv as per your experience and send back to me at the earliest. · Respond Promptly to incidents troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions. · Follow Systems ROTA and adhere to all operations shifts and SLA. · Participate in On-Call rotations to address critical infrastructure issues outside of regular business hours. · Proactively identify and address potential performance bottlenecks. · Administer and manage cloud services, virtual machines, databases and other PaaS offerings on Azure and GCP. · Monitor and optimize the performance of IT system services ensuring reliability and responsiveness. · Manage and optimize cloud storage solutions , including object storage and files storage in Azure and GCP. · Maintain backup and recovery strategies. · Follow security best practices mandated by IT Security Team. · Maintain detailed documentation of cloud infrastructure, configurations, Process and procedures. · Generate report on cloud system performance security and other relevant metrics.
