Job Description

The MENA Workplace and Administrative Manager ensures that all our workplaces (offices and hubs) are well-maintained spaces where Sprinklrites can be productive, efficient, connected and focused. This person is a high-performing leader who is kind and empathetic. They will overlook the ongoing Workplace operations of all MENA offices to ensure we provide clean, efficient and safe environments; provide seamless experience and services to employees, customers, and visitors; build strong communities ; and offer the highest degree of hospitality. They will be a liaison to ensure we are compliant with local codes and regulations as well as with Sprinklr requirements . This is a fully in-office role, with physical presence required through business operation hours. Manage Workplace Operations - Run seamless office operations and corporate services for MENA offices, including:
  • Daily Office Set up - Ensure standard set up of the office, including desks, meeting rooms, and common areas are in proper state for the needs of the day, and maintained regularly. Ensure all areas of the office are properly stocked with appropriate supplies .
  • Health, Safety and Security - Implement and operate processes and policies for office access control, visitor management, alarm system management. Manage and coordinate safety action plans, upkeep safety instruments including fire safety elements , defibrillators, and first aid kits, and coordinate first response training.
  • General Requests - Receives and acknowledges requests in a timely manner and e nsure s all requests are logged, tracked and documented . R esolve all requests on the earlier side of reasonable.
  • Hospitality - Understands the basic tenets of hospitality and reception etiquette and applies it to all guests. Ensures setup and steps of service are in place, and that necessary supplies are available to delight guests upon arrival .
  • Space and Conference room calendar management - Implement space reservation procedures and assist with calendar requests and troubleshooting. Collaborate with IT to ensure all AV equipment in the office are working properly and to troubleshoot as needed .
  • Vendor Management and Purchasing - Order supplies and resources for the office, as needed and within allocated budget. Manage the relationship with vendors working with team leaders and our procurement team to establish agreements according to scope and budget.
  • Shipping and Mailing - Manage courier and shipping services within your office and region, ensuring to properly sort and deliver mail and packages. Complete are requests for outgoing shipping and mailings.
Create and maintain clean, safe and efficient environments.
  • Office Policies - Implement all company policies that impact offices and how employees engage with them. Collaborate in updating policies, as needed.
  • Maintenance and Repairs - Coordinate and overlook routine janitorial service, preventative maintenance, and ad-hoc repairs. Work with vendors and building engineers to ensure proper maintenance of the office space. Perform light to medium tasks for repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Mechanical and Engineering - Manage and coordinate the technical facilities assets in the office.
  • Space Changes and moves - In collaboration with Workplace leaders, manage and coordinate physical changes to the office space, floor plan alterations, and office moves .
Communication and Community Building
  • Employee Engagement and event planning- Plan events for employees ranging from weekly lunches, happy hours, holiday parties, and other events within allocated budget and approved programming.
  • Internal communications - Serve as liaison to amplify company messages with your office locations . Communicate important and significant information with offices including announcements, updates, achievements, celebrations and anything else that enhances and encourages community building.
Administrative Management
  • Reporting - Complete monthly, quarterly and yearly reports including budget tracking and planning, occupancy reports, security audit reports.
  • Office Guides - Create and update office guides with directions and guidance on how to use the office and the spaces within it.
  • Incident Reports - Complete reports to ensure documentation and follow up as needed.
  • Administrative Liaison - Assist with local expediting and administrative tasks with local agencies . Understands local codes and regulations and ensures we are in compliance with them . Collaborates with HR to assure all administrative requirements are met.
  • Real Estate - Collaborates with other Workplace leaders in site tours and visits to assess potential new office location sites .
Remotely manage Offices in MENA
  • Manage and oversee office requests from remote offices in the region and fulfill s them via local employees, vendors or periodic visits.
  • Ongoing Maintenance- Establish systems to ensure all remote offices are properly maintained and kept in tidy organized manner.
  • Periodic site visits to MENA offices to deliver a friendly, warm, and hospitable visit and connect with the local employees and learn first-hand about their workplace needs.
  • Ensure serviced offices have a branded, productive, and clean environment and seamless experiences, similar to the main offices, within the capabilities of a serviced office of co-working space.
About You
  • BA/ BS or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, corporate hospitality management, project management, or property management
  • Ability to travel to different regional offices
  • Resourceful and creative problem solver
  • Innate Hospitality and service skills
  • Drive projects with a sense of urgency
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal communication skills
  • Be a nice, kind person who passionately genuinely cares
  • Space management and programming experience
  • Independent judgement and discretion
  • Can thrive in fast-paced changing environments
