About Us:We are an award-winning SME Qatari company operating a group of restaurants and a health and wellness facility.Position:Arabic-Speaking Social Media SpecialistJob Overview : We are seeking a talented and fluent Arabic-speaking Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, exceptional communication skills in Arabic, and expertise in managing social media accounts, engaging with customers, and creating compelling user-generated content. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to our brand's online presence and engage with our Arabic-speaking audience across various social media platforms.Monthly Salary : QAR 5,000 to QAR 6,000 (Full package / All in)Responsibilities:Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.Manage and maintain active presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.Create and curate engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos, that align with brand voice and objectives.Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and conversations related to the brand or industry, and respond promptly to comments and messages.Proactively engage with followers and customers comments, direct messages, and community interactions, fostering positive relationships and driving brand loyalty.Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively and professionally, providing assistance and resolving issues in a timely manner.Collaborate with service teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless customer experiences across social media platforms.Curate and feature user-generated content on social media channels, highlighting the diverse experiences and perspectives of our community.Collaborate with internal teams and external influencers to co-create content and leverage user-generated content for marketing campaigns.Monitor social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions, and analyze data to inform content strategy and optimize performance.Generate regular reports on social media KPIs and insights, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Use data-driven insights to refine social media strategies and tactics, maximizing effectiveness and ROI.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential, with proficiency in English preferred.Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a multicultural or international setting.Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with a focus on Arabic-speaking audiences.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse communities and respond diplomatically to feedback.Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and produce visually appealing and engaging content.Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms, such as Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, and Google Analytics.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):IMPORTANT!
