Role: Relationship Manager - QatarADIB QatarROLEPURPOSE:Tomanageassigned portfolioandtargetmarket potentialprospectsforacquisition achievingfinancial target(includingbutnotlimitedtorevenue,newnetrevenue,volume,cross-sellratio,ROE,andROA),andoverallcustomersatisfaction.

Tobefully involvedandprimarilyresponsibleforaccountstrategy andbusinessgrowth.

To ensurecompliancetoShariarequirement,relevanttoregulatoryandotherlegalregulationsandAOIB's Internalpoliciesincludingbutnotlimitedtorisk,compliance,andoperations.

To understand local market &business trends, and have a comprehensiveunderstandingofallmaterial external&internalrisk factorsthatcanhaveanimpactcustomers' business andfinancialconditions,includingfuture prospects.

Toregularlyobtainformal&informalfeedbackoncustomers form sourcesofinformation contained inpublic&private domains.

Toabsorballcross-sellingopportunitiesandenhance accountsprofitability.

Business ExecutionDevelopandexecute strategicimplementationplantoachievetheindividual goals interms offinancials, customers, people and relatedprocess.Calling programmeDeveloptheindividualportfolioquarterly (or asthe casemay be) callingprogrammeagainst assigned customers and prospects and ensuringjointcallsincludeproduct partners(GTS,CFIB,Treasury, etc.), risk and/or toher relevantbusiness partners asperrequired frequency.

Call on customers as per mandated call program (minimum atleastonceperquarter).

Documentsandlodgecallmemos onstandardformatdocumenting keyareasincludingbutnotlimitedto:Client'scurrentperformance,financialorotherwise.

Local,regionaland/or globaleconomic changes affecting thecustomersandhowtheyaremitigatingit

Opportunities to originate new orincrementalfinancingincludingcross-sellof all ADIB products and servicesasapplicable.Circulatetorelevant partnersandensure follow-upandclosureof actionitemsidentifiedincalls.

GTB OfferingCrosssell allGTBproducts andservicesto enhance account profitabilityandassuremaximumshareofclient'sbanking wallet.

Business MomentumConductaccountplanningbycustomer/prospectgroupfor individualportfolioofcustomersandprospects.

Developarobustdealinpipelineinlinewithoverallfinancial objectivesforassignedcustomersandprospects.

Reviewandupdatethedealsinpipelineereportson aweekly basistoacceleratedealsclosure.

Role ResponsibilitiesPeopleAttendcoretrainings asrecommendedandapprovedby management.

Liaisingwithother staffwithinADIB,suchasBusinessHeadsand productsSpecialists.

Quality and Contro lEnsure themaintenanceofcredit filesasper credit policies

Ensuresatisfactoryinternalandexternalauditratings.

Ensurehigh Customersatisfactionfortheentirecustomerexperience withthebankasperindependentsurvey.

SpecialistSkills/Technical Knowledge Required forthisrole:Interpersonal skills

Problemsolvingttechniques.

Qualification(s):Essential (Education)of bachelor' s degree in economics,Finance, Accounting, banking, and finance or otherrelated qualifications.Previousexperience:Minimum 3 years' experience in Wholesale Banking services#J-18808-Ljbffr
