Internal Job Title: Machine Operator - Welding RobotBusiness: Lucy Switchgear ArabiaLocation: Dammam, Saudi ArabiaJob Reference Number: 3267Job PurposeWelding Robot Operation.Job ContextPosition is responsible to operate Welding Robots.Job DimensionsThe Machine Operator - Welding Robot involves regular and close interactions with all Operations Department specially Assembly and Quality Department.Key AccountabilitiesThe position is responsible to:Welding Activities as per drawings. Achieve Daily Production Targets. Report any abnormalities during machine operation. PPE and HSE issues. Cleanness of working area and proper maintenance of the tools/ measuring equipment usedQualifications, Experience & SkillsITI (Welder/ Machine Operator or equivalent). Minimum 3 years' experience as Machine Operator - Welding Robots in a Manufacturing Company. Understands the mechanical drawings and hands on experience in Trumpf/ Cloos Welding Robots will be an advantage. Behavioural CompetenciesTeamwork & Accountability. Ability to work with people from different nationalities. Flexible in approaching, to improvise in dynamic situations. Amicable personality to make long term relations with internal and external stake holders. Self-starter and takes initiative for additional responsibilities and challenges.
