Job details
**Duties**:
- Welcome and assist customers upon their arrival at the shop.
- Listen attentively to customers' needs and provide detailed explanations to satisfy their inquiries.
- Present jewelry selections to customers, including pricing information, and offer discounts when applicable.
- Process credit card transactions and handle payments for customers.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining inventory records and processing sales orders.
- Assist in the daily arrangement and display of all items available for sale in the shop.
- Engage with customers, respectfully answering their questions and providing information.
- Ensure consistent growth in sales of jewelry products.
- Achieve goals set by the employer.
- Introduce sales promotions to entice customers to make purchases.
- Maintain an orderly arrangement of products.
- Operate the cash register proficiently and manage financial transactions effectively and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to company policies.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions regarding jewelry purchases.
- Explain warranties and guarantees on each purchased piece to customers.
- Ensure all documents relating to the purchase of any jewelry are also bagged with the goods purchased.
- Send appreciation messages to customers and keep them informed about the latest arrivals.
- Ensure all jewelry pieces are returned to their secured places after business hours.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling customer transactions, following company policies on privacy and security.
- Communicate with other departments within the company to ensure accurate order processing.
- Clean and repair jewelry items to prepare them for sale.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in retail sales for jewelry and accessories.
- Fluent in English/Arabic, with a focus on improving grammar.
**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
