Job details
As a Service Specialist, youwill:Diagnose and repair electroniccontrol system malfunctionsProvide sketches offield changes and discrepancies for engineering corrections anddrawings, as well as interact with Service Manager, Service ProjectManager, and subcontractors on projects to coordinate activitiesand report any problems or changesMeetregularly with customers to become familiar with operatingproblems; keep customers informed on the nature of serviceprovided, outstanding issues, and recommend system enhancements,upgrades, and or repairsProvide training tocustomers on electronic control systems operations; deliver manualsand documentation to the customer for trainingneedsCompile job documentation, such ascertificates of completion, customer training forms, trainingcertificates, and punch lists
