Responsibilities:Leadsourcing and recruitment activities in the UK, including building asourcing plan per role, building talent pipelines, interviewcoordination, and cultural fit.Implement allglobal HR processes in the UK office.Manageend to end employee lifecycle to optimize employeeexperience.Lead team building activities andsocial events.Implement and execution of allHR functions including staff holidays and contracts ofemployment.Manage the office environment toensure optimal work experience.Manage supplierrelationships and contract negotiations (office supplies,etc).Serve as first point of contact forpersonal HR related issues or any office relatedissue.
