Proven experience working on SAPSuccessFactors implementation projects.Abilityto syndicate stakeholders around digitalissuesBroad understanding of HR processes,related concepts, and techniques.Strongknowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules,including EmployeeCentral, PerformanceManagement, Learning Management, Recruiting,etc.Ability to document requirements in'unambiguous' mannerExperiencein HR process optimization and change management is aplus.Technical understanding and ability tounderstand how systems and technology can help solve businessproblemsFluent English both spoken andwritten
