Ensure that the Restaurant ismanaged efficiently according to the established conceptstatementsTo assist in the operation and bevisible during entire meal period.To establishand strictly adhere to the par stocks for all operating equipmentand supplies, to ensure that the outlet is adequatelyequipped.Assign responsibilities tosubordinates and to check their performanceperiodically.To identify in conjunction withthe Director of Food and Beverage market needs andtrends.To handle all guest complaints,requests and enquiries on food, beverage andservice.
