Plan and implement staffing strategy,staffing plan and budget for Nakilat and joint ventures.Design andmanage recruitment and selection processes (JD review, CVscreening, preliminary/formal interviews, etc.)Creates staffingplan by studying the organization's manpower requirements,anticipating needs (internal/external trends) and collaboratingwith managers to achieve manpower requirements.Analyzes staffingagency performance, cost per hire, staffing time and recommendschanges and improvements, providing standardized terms andconditions aligned with company plans and budget.Develop the plan,obtain administrative approvals and manage the implementation ofrecruitment campaigns abroad for massrecruitment.
