Your main responsibility would be to meet hiringgoals by filling open positions with talented and qualifiedcandidates . Following a full-cycle recruiting process, from talentsourcing to interviewing and hiring great employees. As well as toimprove the processes to ensure our company attracts, hires, andretains the best experts while growing a strong talent pipeline.How your day will look like: Design and implement an overallrecruiting strategy Develop and update job descriptions and jobspecifications Perform job and task analysis to document jobrequirements and objectives Prepare recruitment materials and postjobs to the appropriate job board Source and recruit candidates byusing databases, social media, etc Screen candidates resume and jobapplications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruitingand selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduleAssess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,experience, and aptitudes Onboard new employees in order to becomefully integrated Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practicesProvide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to therest of the team Act as a point of contact and build influentialcandidate relationships during the selection process Promote thecompany's reputation as best place towork
