Follow up on hotel purchasingpolicy and procedures when carrying out of allpurchases.Obtain three competitive quotes fromsuppliers to minimize cost to hotel.Conductinterviews with suppliers and representatives, obtain information,specifications, quotations on items required and handle subsequentcorrespondence and negotiations forprocurement.Place orders with suppliers andensure timely delivery to satisfy hotel requirement and trace theoutstanding orders to ensure operational needs aremet.
