We are reputed Engineering Consultants based in Doha, we are looking for IT Specialist for our Sister company with more than 5+ years of experience, Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support and System Administration:
Provide technical assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
Maintain and administer server infrastructure, including configuration, monitoring, and security.
Manage network devices and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure reliable network performance.
Web Development and Design:
Design, develop, and maintain company websites and web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
Implement responsive design techniques to ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers.
Database Management:
Develop and maintain databases to support web applications, ensuring data integrity and security.
Optimize database performance and scalability to accommodate growing user demands.
Implement backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical data.
Security and Compliance:
Implement security measures to protect web applications and databases from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
Stay updated on security best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) to ensure regulatory compliance.
Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and address potential risks.
Collaboration and Project Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Manage web development projects from conception to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Communicate project status updates and milestones to relevant stakeholders.
User Training and Documentation:
Provide training and documentation to end-users on web-based applications and content management systems.
Develop user guides, tutorials, and knowledge base articles to facilitate self-service and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CIW, Zend Certified PHP Engineer) preferred.
Proven experience in IT support, system administration, and web development.
Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end frameworks (PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails).
Experience with web development frameworks and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla).
Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and SQL queries.
Familiarity with web security principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
