Job Description:• Promote and facilitate a good working environment withinthe department and maintain a good working relationship with allFOH. • Ensure regular clients are known, greetedaccordingly, and treated as VVIP from arrival to meal experienceuntil departure form restaurant • Ensure the service toguests is of the expected standard, maintaining the reputation ofthe Restaurant by demonstrating complete knowledge edge of thebeverage list and food menus. • Provide highest standardsof customer care, providing friendly, courteous, and professionalservice always with anticipation of guests needs whenever possible• Performs daily duties as detailed in the SOPs and asmanager for an efficient and effective restaurantoperation
