Job Summary Reporting directly to the VP ofMarketing, you will ensure that each Sponsorship & CSRinitiative undertaken reaps the best possible returns for theairline. You will also explore and evaluate new (and existing)Sponsorship & CSR opportunities which are in-line with thecore objectives & strategies. Additional responsibilityincludes planning the annual Sponsorships & CSR budget,implementing an effective execution plan with all involved andenhancing the effectiveness of the Sponsorships & CSRfunction for the airline. Specific accountabilities include• Formulate and execute the long-term and mid-term GlobalSponsorship & CSR Strategy which supports and is in-linewith the overall communications strategy • Support theHead of Department to effectively communicate the strategy, andmanage communication of on-going Sponsorship & CSRprogrammes as required to stakeholders. • Manage specialprojects through effective project management plans and clearassignment/communication of tasks to direct reports and otherpeers/team members to ensure successful project delivery.• Communicate at a senior management level as well as topeers and build strong collaborative relationships across allstakeholders.
