Job Description: As the Marketing and Admin Officer, you will be instrumental in the coordination and execution of marketing strategies while ensuring the smooth functioning of human resource and administration activities within our organization. This dual role requires a versatile professional capable of handling diverse responsibilities across both domains. Responsibilities: Marketing: · Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth for all group companies. · Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and print materials. · Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. · Conduct market research to identify potential clients and leads and prioritize prospects for outreach. · Proactively prospect and initiate contact with potential clients to generate leads and set up meetings. · Coordinate client meetings and presentations, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives. · Collaborate with sales teams to follow up on leads and support the conversion of prospects into clients. Administration: · Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. · Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization. · Maintain accurate records of employee information and HR-related documentation in compliance with legal requirements. · Assist in the administration of employee benefits, payroll processing, and performance management initiatives. · Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement. · Admin related work – managing office supplies, making vouchers and invoices. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing and/or human resources roles, preferably in the UAE.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
