Headquartered in Dubai, we are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Telesales Representative with 1 to 2 years of experience to contribute to our continued growth. Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals with 1 to 2 years of telesales experience, particularly within the freight forwarding or logistics sector. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and identify potential clients within the freight forwarding industry. Client Engagement: Present our freight forwarding services to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and understanding their logistics requirements. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide essential support in the conversion of leads into clients, meeting monthly targets. Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain a solid understanding of our freight forwarding solutions, pricing models, and industry trends. Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities. Qualifications: Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven telesales experience, must be in the freight forwarding industry. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of international shipping, logistics, and supply chain processes. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools. Training and mentorship programs to enhance professional growth. Exposure to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
