Function Corporate Shared Services Department IT Reports to (Position title) IT Manager  Â  2. Job Purpose / Objective As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist you will have responsibilities for planning, designing, implementing, testing, and supporting IAM/PAM systems and solutions that support TAQA globally. The individual will be involved expanding the deployment of IAM/PAM solutions and guide for other operations team in managing the identity life cycle.  Â  3. Responsibilities and Duties • An Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist is responsible for designing,implementing, and managing systems that control and secure access to anorganization's resources. He develops and enforces policies, manages user identities,and ensures proper authentication and authorization processes. IAM specialist oftencollaborate with IT Teams to enhance security measures and protect sensitiveinformation, Conduct Audits and maintain a robust IAM framework.• Lead the IAM projects and design activities to respond to complex requirementsfocused on cybersecurity.• Act as the single point of contact for IAM related expertise and architectural concerns.• Liaise with the applications team, IT operations team and cyber security team fordeveloping, designing, and implementing IAM solutions.  Â   Â  • Work and troubleshoot complex IAM integration issues with identity repositories(LDAP, Active Directory, etc.)• Design and Implementation of Role Based Access Controls, Multi-Factorauthentication, Conditional access, MFA and adaptive IAM based on organizationrequirements using risk-based approach.• Provide regular reporting on the status of the information securitysystems/frameworks to senior management and business unit heads as part of astrategic enterprise risk management program.• Develop and oversee effective disaster recovery policies and standards to align withenterprise business continuity management program goals, focused for IAM service.• Coordinate the development of implementation plans and procedures to ensure thatbusiness-critical services are recovered in case of a security event. Provide direction,support, and in-house consulting in these areas.• Keep up to date with security issues and best practices related to risk management.Monitor emerging threats trends and advise relevant stakeholders on the appropriatecourses of action.• Develop, implement, and monitor strategic, comprehensive enterprise IAMframeworks, guidelines, and best practices with focus on ensuring that the integrity,confidentiality, and availability of information is managed and controlled.• Develop Policies and procedures for identity lifecycle management, including userregistration, access provisioning, role-based access control and user de-provisioning.• Automate IAM Tasks to reduce manual processes, increase efficiency, and minimizeerrors.• Perform other related duties and fulfill responsibilities as required.  Â  4. QUALIFICATIONS, Certifications SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Education / Qualifications:• Masters or advance degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related Field.• At least one professional security management certification, such as a CertifiedInformation Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager(CISM) or other similar credentials.• IAM Certification from Microsoft, Oracle, Azure, AWS, or Google.Relevant Experience:• 6-8 years of experience in designing, mainSkills• Designing and Implementing IAM Solutions.• User Provisioning, Authentication, and Access Control• Hands on Experience on IAM tools and technologies such as SSO, MFA, IdentityGovernance and Administration• Directory Services like Active Directory and LDAP, understanding the Security Protocolsand Standards.  Â   Â  • Practical experience in managing user lifecycles, defining access policies, conductingsecurity Audits.• Problem-solving skills• Strong Communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.•With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
