We are currently seeking an exceptional Commercial Real Estate Off Plan Consultant to join our dynamic commercial department.

Role Requirements

Obtain through key contacts good investment opportunities to purchase/lease ready properties
To ensure property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies
Liaising with clients in order to accommodate their rental requirements until such time as the appropriate property is found
Prepare lease agreement and all necessary documents
Following up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up-to-date information is available for entry into relevant database programs
Ensuring an effective working relationship with owners, developers and clients
Maintaining accurate records on properties, clients, and landlords. Any and all paperwork, documentation, contact details, reports or lists generated will remain the property of haus & haus
Carrying out any duties that may arise, or as directed, that is in support of haus & haus and its various divisions

Knowledge & Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in UAE real estate market or banking, customer relations, sales, corporate relations
Knowledge in reading contracts, calculating budgets, knowledge of basic legislative requirements, awareness of current market rates and regulations in Real Estate

Skills & Professional Requirements

Proficient in MS Office
RERA Certification
Proficient in creating & presenting weekly/monthly leasing reports
Good communication and presentation skills

Educational Qualification Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline

50% commission-only basis, rising to 55% once senior
20 annual days leave + Christmas (2 weeks) plus an additional day’s holiday for each year of employment
