Qualifications What you will need: We are looking for an individual who brings breadth of experience, a curiosity about payments, is results-driven and, client-focused. As a candidate, you should have:

15 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree, 12 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD)
Previous experience in payment is a mandatory requirement for this role. It would be preferred if the candidate has worked with cross functional team, fintech, big-tech or has lead creation of new payment ecosystem from ground-up.
You should be able to adopt a blank sheet approach and not operate on pre-conceived thought process or structures.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders at executive levels. The candidate should have previous people management experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex issues exercising critical thinking and sound judgment and, to lead cross functional teams through issues that do not have precedent.
Proven track record of leading and driving cross functional teams to achieve and exceed established goals and objectives.
Ability to influence and negotiate to drive results, using analytics to measure performance against key initiatives.
Prior experience in QR payment, fintech or, leading new commercial or, a functional lead role would be advantageous but not mandatory .
