Job Description
- Experience in HRIS system
- Lead the HRIS automation process on our new system Focus (data cleansing – collecting and tracking relevant data – liaise with Focus team to upload mass data – creating user IDs – training users on the system (Managers & Employees)
- Map and test approved workflow and benefits (Payroll and leave management module)
- Onboarding new hires in the system (collecting required paperwork and creating the employee profiles)
- Uploading all types of standard approved letters for ESS
- Mapping and generating demographic and payroll reports
- Good experience in HRIS (any scale)
- Arabic/English Speaker is a must
- Project management direct/indirect experience (any scale)
- Advance excel skills
- Analytical skills
- Driven by deadlines and results
- Ability to type in Arabic is a must (drafting simple standard Arabic letters and memos and for entering the Arabic names in Focus (simple system compared to SAP and Oracle)
