Job Title: Spa Therapist at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering professional treatments and services to guests, including body and facial treatments, massages, and providing home care advice, while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction in accordance with Waldorf standards.What will I be doing?As a Spa Therapist, your responsibilities include: Participating in Hilton trainings and departmental meetings Maintaining high cleanliness standards in the department Reporting maintenance issues to the Spa Manager Assisting in all operational areas as directed by the Spa Manager Staying informed about current and upcoming services offered by the hotel Providing efficient guest service from arrival to departure, including booking, modifying, and canceling appointments, and upselling retail Scheduling, confirming, and canceling massage reservations accurately Processing billing and retail transactions accurately, reporting discrepancies to the Spa Manager Explaining spa treatments, menus, and packages to guests Greeting and welcoming guests and staff in line with brand standards Maintaining the appearance and quality of locker rooms, lounges, and restrooms Ensuring proper stocking and setup of beverages and fruit stations Maintaining AV equipment and ensuring its proper functioning Providing courteous and efficient service throughout the guest's visit Orienting guests to the fitness facilities and delivering Waldorf service standards What are we looking for?The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Ability to interpret safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions Proficiency in English for effective communication Problem-solving skills involving multiple variables in standardized situations Minimum of 1 year experience as a spa therapist in a luxury hospitality setting #J-18808-Ljbffr
