The role also involves maintaining safety and cleanliness standards and ensuring guest satisfaction in line with Waldorf standards.What will I be doing?As a Spa Therapist, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards: Attend Hilton trainings and departmental meetings as required.Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the department.Report maintenance issues to the Spa Manager.Assist in all operational areas as requested by the Spa Manager.Stay informed about current and upcoming services offered by the hotel.Provide efficient guest service from arrival to check-out, including booking, modifying, canceling appointments, and upselling retail products.Accurately schedule, confirm, change, and cancel massage reservations.Process billing and postings for spa and retail services, reporting discrepancies to the Spa Manager.Explain spa treatment menus and packages to guests clearly.Greet and welcome guests and staff according to brand standards.Maintain the appearance and quality of locker areas, lounges, and restrooms.Ensure cleanliness of locker rooms, lounges, steam/sauna rooms, prep rooms, and restrooms.Stock water and beverages, and set up/break down beverage and fruit stations.Maintain audio-visual equipment in good condition.Provide courteous and efficient guest service throughout the guest journey.Orient guests to the fitness facilities and deliver Waldorf service standards.What are we looking for?To succeed as a Spa Therapist at Waldorf Astoria Dubai, you should embody the following attributes: Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with guests.Problem-solving skills involving multiple variables in standardized situations.At least 1 year of experience as a spa therapist in the luxury hospitality industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
