Bachelor of Hotel Management (Hotel Management) Nationality: Any Nationality Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description A Spa Therapist at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre is responsible for providing professional treatments and services for guests, including but not limited to body and facial treatments, massages, home care advice, and tours of the facilities. Maintaining safety and cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction regarding all areas of Spa services in true Waldorf standards. What will I be doing? Attend Hilton Trainings and monthly departmental meetings as required. Ensure high standards of cleanliness in the department. Report any maintenance issues to the Spa Manager. Assist in all areas of operations as requested by Spa Manager. Be fully aware of current and future services offered by the hotel. Provide efficient guest service from arrival to check-out, including booking, changing, and canceling appointments, and upselling retail. Accurately schedule, confirm, change, and cancel massage reservations. Process billing and posting for spa and retail services accurately, and report overages and shortages to Spa Manager. Explain spa treatment menu and packages to guests clearly. Greet and welcome all incoming and outgoing guests and staff according to brand standards. Maintain the quality and appearance of locker areas, lounge, and restrooms. Ensure proper cleanliness of locker rooms, lounge, steam/sauna room, prep room, and restrooms. Stock water and beverages, and set up and break down beverage and fruit stations. Ensure audio-visual equipment is well maintained and in perfect condition. Provide courteous and efficient guest service from arrival through check-out. Orient guests to our Fitness facility, greet guests, and deliver the true Waldorf service. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the following attitude, behaviors, skills, and values: Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English to communicate effectively with guests. Ability to handle problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
