Bachelor of Business Administration (Management)Nationality: Any Nationality Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Location: Qatar Experience: 6 to 8 years Graduate Job Function: HR / Industrial Relations / Training Skillset: Human Resource Management Preferred Jobseekers: From any GCC country Key Accountabilities: Act as a consultant on issues related to Qatar Shipyard Technology Solution's strategy execution, change management, talent management, performance management, and people processes; ensure alignment between HR and its customers to resolve issues.Provide advice and support to Qatar Shipyard Technology Solution's leadership and line managers on all people process issues, including diagnosing organizational challenges.Assist in identifying the talent capabilities required to execute the organizational strategy.Work closely with management to improve work relationships, increase productivity, and enhance retention.Provide HR policy guidance.Evaluate HR effectiveness and recommend optimal service delivery models to ensure efficient HR services.Analyze company’s behavioral and structural changes and advise on HR services accordingly.Guide leadership in delivering and sustaining corporate change initiatives.Support the establishment of a business partnership mindset to foster change and HR function optimization.Apply and develop business acumen to ensure HR initiatives contribute to business capability and performance.Identify, develop, and deliver integrated HR solutions.Adhere to all SHEQ policies, procedures, and controls to ensure safe, secure, and environmentally responsible services.Implement departmental policies, processes, and procedures.Perform any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager (NAKILAT).Maintain effective communication to ensure alignment and achievement of business objectives.Qualifications, Experience, and Skills: Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
