If you are an Arabic speaker with a passion for HR, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of employee documentation, orientation, and payroll processes, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: Handling Employee Documentation: Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Prepare and organize HR documents, including contracts and personnel files.Communication Skills: Effectively communicate HR policies and procedures to employees. Provide assistance and support to employees regarding HR-related matters.Orientation: Assist in organizing and conducting employee orientation programs. Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.Payroll Knowledge: Work collaboratively with the HR team to support payroll activities. Ensure accurate record-keeping and assist in resolving payroll-related inquiries.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Up to 3 months of HR-related experience.Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.Strong knowledge of handling employee documentation, orientation, and payroll processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
