Job Title: Assistant Manager cum HR Recruiter Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Assistant Manager / HR Recruiter to join our team. This hybrid role involves overseeing daily operations and managing human resources functions, with a focus on recruiting top talent. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a solid understanding of HR practices.Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.Supervise and support team members, including scheduling, training, and performance management.Handle customer service issues and resolve complaints effectively.Manage inventory, budgets, and administrative tasks as needed.Contribute to strategic planning and implementation of business improvements.Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing.Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.Conduct background checks and reference checks for potential hires.Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes for new employees.Maintain and update recruitment records and reports.Qualifications: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities effectively.Knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices.Female candidate who can speak Urdu or Hindi. #J-18808-Ljbffr
