Assistant HR Manager

Are you a dynamic and motivated HR professional with UAE experience and a valid driving license? We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Human Resources to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive strategic HR initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and UAE labor laws.Assist in talent acquisition and retention strategies to build a strong workforce.Manage employee records, benefits administration, and payroll processes.Support the development and implementation of training and development programs.Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR.Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the UAE.Valid UAE driving license.Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred Qualifications: HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.Be a part of a forward-thinking company that values innovation and excellence.Job Type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
