HR Assistant

Responsible for overall HR activities from entry to exit.Responsible for recruitment processing and arranging interviews with top management.Ensure the proper application of UAE Labor Law to each and every employee.Work permit and visa application.Assist the Public Relations Officer in completing documents required to legalize the employment of new joiners.Maintain and monitor accurate employee data.Keep updated information, handle related HR functions, and prepare required reports directly to the HR Manager and General Manager.Closely monitor employees’ activities, attendance, and records.Ensure complete documentation for each employee, such as passport, labor contract, visas, and Emirates IDs.Process and apply for medical insurance for each employee.Keep track of employees’ records and expiring documents.Assist in planning, designing, and implementing employee compensation.Strictly implement HR policies and procedures.Prepare payroll and salary slips.Process cancellation from approvals to employee clearance, ensuring a smooth exit from the company in compliance with MOHRE law.Compute employees’ end of service benefits and gratuity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
