• Taking a fact based approach, develop, implement, and facilitate the execution of Area and Country specific short, mid-term marketing plans, which are to ensure the continued growth of the South Asian Business and the achievement of the long-term vision
• Appreciate and understand the dynamics of Money Transfer and its implications to South Asia and in particular Sri Lanka Diasporas
• Provide input into and actively participate in the Business Planning Process to better formulate suitable marketing plans and budgets;
• Take responsibility for the professional allocation, management and control of the Corridor Plans to ensure its optimal utilization and ensure that budgets are sought and secured where required and are appropriately used to drive against the key business and brand objectives;
• Execution of Marketing Campaigns for South Asian with a special focus on Sri lanka Corridor and manage BTL activations through agencies and promoters.
• Drive concerted efforts on both the receive and send sides to develop and implement marketing programs to penetrate key corridors
