We simplify the mortgage process and provide expert support to help clients achieve their property goals.Position Overview: We are hiring ambitious and service-driven Mortgage Advisors who are looking to build a long-term career in the mortgage and property finance sector. You’ll be working in a supportive team environment with access to ongoing training, warm leads, and direct mentorship from industry experts.Key Responsibilities: Conduct introductory consultations with clients to understand their mortgage needs.Collect and review client documents to support pre-approvals and loan applications.Educate clients on basic financing options, loan terms, and general eligibility.Coordinate with internal processing teams and lenders to track application status.Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and follow up with clients proactively.Attend training sessions and workshops to stay informed about mortgage products and policies.Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and company marketing channels.Assist in organizing and attending property events, open houses, and expos.Work under the guidance of Senior Mortgage Advisors to learn best practices.Provide excellent customer service throughout the client’s journey.Qualifications & Skills: 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, banking, or real estate (mortgage experience is a plus).Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.Familiarity with UAE real estate or banking systems is a bonus.Fluency in English required (Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam) preferred.Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred, but relevant experience is also considered.What We Offer: Training and mentoring from experienced mortgage professionals.A structured career development path with promotion opportunities.Access to high-quality leads and marketing support.Dynamic team culture and a professional work environment.Paid leave and UAE public holidays.Participation in property exhibitions and networking events. #J-18808-Ljbffr
