Mortgage Advisor required for leading property developer in Dubai.Responsibilities: 5+ years of experience in the banking mortgage industry or real estate.Maintain communications between the lender and borrower.End-to-end process management.Understand and support the corporation's policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all the corporation's customers.Meeting performance targets.Requirements: The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.Diplomacy & negotiation skills.Facilitate the lending process and manage the member through the entire mortgage process.Maintain a complete, thorough, and accurate conversation log for all applications, pre-approval, and mortgage applications in the loan origination system.Maintain professional knowledge of all technical aspects of the mortgage industry, develop and enhance knowledge of financial market terms and trends, and utilize knowledge to provide complete service to the member. #J-18808-Ljbffr
