Job Responsibilities Carry the brand KSquare with utmost integrity and avoid actions that may result in reputational risk to the organization.Thorough understanding of Residential, Commercial, Off-Plan, Bulk mortgages, Land & Construction finance loans.Achieve monthly/quarterly sales KPIs as directed by Management in line with revenue targets.Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, and networking events.Assess client prerequisites and recommend suitable options from the product suite as per their requirements.Prepare, present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.Regularly generate a pipeline of new opportunities and increase sales volumes.Establish tie-ups with introducers and channel partners to generate business avenues and increase opportunities.Maintain solid relationships with business partners such as banks, developers, and real estate introducers.Handle HNW clients with the aim of successfully closing leads obtained from alternate channels.Demonstrate knowledge of corporate and wealth banking products and actively refer leads to respective teams.Keep abreast of trends and developments in the real estate market, as well as changing rules and regulations.Identify potential introducers and engage them for initial discussions on tie-ups.Participate in developer events/conferences to promote mortgage, corporate, and wealth advisory programs.Timely update and maintain call memos of leads generated with complete client details and report to management as required.Obtain timely coaching from private and wealth banking teams on new and existing products for business referrals.Maintain office decorum and discipline, including but not limited to office timings, attire, appearance, usage of office assets, communication, and behavior.Qualifications and Skills Requirements Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5-8 years UAE experience in mortgages with a proven track record.Ambitious and self-motivated, driven by integrity, company ethos, and values.Strong relationship management skills with excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced, high-performing organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
