HR Assistant

Zahr Freighters is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a growing logistics and freight forwarding company, we understand the value of strong human resource support in building a motivated, efficient, and compliant workforce. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about human resources and eager to contribute to daily HR operations in a fast-paced environment.The HR Assistant will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including employee onboarding, documentation management, attendance tracking, leave processing, and maintaining personnel records. You will also assist in coordinating recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. In addition, this role involves preparing HR reports, supporting payroll processing, and ensuring that HR policies and procedures are consistently followed across the organization.To succeed in this position, candidates should have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1–3 years of experience in a similar HR support role. A good understanding of UAE labor laws, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office tools are essential.
