Administrative Coordinator
Description
Key Accountabilities: Provide a high level of customer service and care.Present the company in a professional manner in all business fields.Engage in self-development and continuing personal development.Policies, Systems, Processes, and Procedures: Analyze and document business processes and problems to develop solutions that enhance efficiencies.Pmc: Register FTA cases (Share Folder, Excel, and Oracle system).Reconcile FTA cases (weekly & monthly basis).Prepare business monthly reports (Performance Indicator KPI, Pending cases, and Under process cases reports).Draft and issue VAT verification reports.Prepare monthly MIS reports.Manage and follow up on all department-related emails, contacting customers and clients as needed.Ensure high standards of report output and quality control.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's University Degree.Good communication skills.Accounting knowledge.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.Minimum two years of experience in the field.Arabic nationality. #J-18808-Ljbffr
