Job Description – Sales Administrator Location: Abu Dhabi Drive Excellence in Sales Administration!We’re seeking a proactive and organized Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations throughout the sales process. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about contributing to the success of a cutting-edge automotive brand, join us and take your career to the next level.Key Responsibilities Sales Order Management: Create and process sales orders in the internal system with precision and efficiency.Maintain an up-to-date stock board and ensure inventory data is accurate.Invoicing & Documentation: Ensure accurate preparation of invoices, incorporating VAT calculations and applicable discounts.Prepare and organize documents for customer registration, including tax invoices and related documentation.Store and maintain documents securely, both physically and digitally.Vehicle & Test Drive Coordination: Oversee test drive keys, logbooks, and vehicle-related documentation.Assist in the allocation of company and demo cars, insurance requests, and registration processes.Administrative Support: Handle traffic fines and other administrative tasks as required by the team.Process requisitions for office supplies, maintenance, and repairs in the internal system.Attendance & Reporting: Track and monitor attendance discrepancies for the sales team, resolving issues efficiently.Prepare and submit accurate timesheet and attendance reports using Oracle.Onboarding New Employees: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring timely access to all necessary resources (e.g., Oracle, SAP accounts, equipment).Team Support: Provide additional support to the Sales Supervisor and other team members as needed, ensuring smooth operations.Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry.Skills & Knowledge: Strong proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle).Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Strong communication skills, able to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.Why Join Us?Be part of a forward-thinking team in the automotive sector where your administrative support directly contributes to the success of the sales division.
