The ideal candidate will support daily HR and recruitment operations, coordinate with our international team in Greece, and ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and compliance for local hires.Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for UAE-based roles, including job posting, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups.Work closely with recruitment agencies and local talent pools to fulfill manpower requirements on short notice.Ensure all recruitment and hiring processes comply with UAE Labour Law.Coordinate visa, onboarding, and documentation processes for new hires.Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases accurately.Handle employee queries related to payroll, leave, benefits, and labour law regulations.Support the HR team in Greece with information, updates, and documentation related to local hiring.Assist in managing attendance records, leave tracking, and disciplinary documentation.Support general HR administrative duties, such as preparing letters, coordinating medicals, and tracking expiry dates of legal documents (visas, IDs, etc.).Coordinate with PROs for visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience, with a focus on blue-collar recruitment in the UAE.Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and related procedures.Proven ability to coordinate and communicate with international teams (especially in Greece or Europe).Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and time management.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).Proficient in MS Office and HR systems (Excel, Outlook, etc.).Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience in fast-paced recruitment environments or manpower supply companies.Multilingual skills and prior work with multicultural teams are advantageous.Seniority level Seniority level Associate Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Industries Construction Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at TXM Solutions by 2x HR Assistant– Recruitment & Onboarding Support Human Resources Administrator -The Real Estate Holding Company LLCWe’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
