Description
AFS ENGINEER DUTIES Increase profit of AFS department (Promote Service package, No FOC Spare part, Consumable selling, Consultant, Trip preparation) Provide Monthly report activities, Technical Reports, Equipment Audit Reports, Thread production report for all machines in responsible countries to AFS Manager – APAC. Provide Monthly E-ticket quantity of activities with responsible country (MTBF-MTRR-MTN COST). Identify recurrent equipment problems and transfer data to person in charge AFS Level 4 or Design Department. Provide Preventive Maintenance Schedule and actual for all Bartec Equipment to responsible countries. Installation and commissioning of all Dextra equipment - Responsible country Perform a full audit of equipment condition upon arrival at site. Provide recommendations on equipment location, positioning, working racks, and services. Install & commission equipment supplied from our workshops in Thailand and overseas. Provide operational training onsite, issue operation training certificates, and all documents related to commissioning; obtain copies of signed documents and upload to AFS Share Point (Follow AFS CPM04). Provide a list of recommendations on PM, spare parts, & consumables stocks to the customer. Provide monthly E-training to the customer, responsible by country. Perform E-commissioning where consultants or customers already have systems in place. Troubleshooting/Preventive Maintenance/Servicing Missions Audit Customer Trouble Shooting - once E-ticket is created, communicate with the customer and perform remote troubleshooting. After completion, provide a list of recommended spare parts. Provide technical service reports to the customer detailing problems, causes, repairs, and recommendations for problem elimination. Conduct machine and operation audits (Customer audit form) and propose service packages. Perform preventive maintenance (Level 3) on 100% of Dextra machines. Follow up on corrective maintenance, including purchasing items and logistics issues, ensuring proper fitting of parts. Maintain Dextra-owned machines according to Dextra standards, including audit reports and control & identification of free-of-charge spare parts for rental machines. Conduct servicing missions and customer audits. Provide technical analysis and customer audits during necessary trips. Ensure that nuclear safety always takes precedence over any other consideration Adopt and encourage a questioning attitude. Communicate transparently with management about any issues encountered, including human, technical, or organizational. Use and apply documents validated in our quality system. Understand root causes of issues and use these experiences to improve. Challenge unsafe acts, behaviors, and conditions. Solve problems by identifying and eliminating root causes, avoiding blame. Collaboration and support worldwide Travel as requested by management. Support remote AFS operations. Complete additional tasks as directed by management. Requirements At least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Experience in a customer service role is beneficial. Very good command of spoken and written English & Arabic. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work on multiple projects with minimal supervision. #J-18808-Ljbffr
