Workshop Manager – MEP Maintenance – AF Engineering Al-Futtaim Engineering is a multidisciplinary engineering organization operating throughout the UAE since 1974. Our extensive experience includes large-scale projects involving scaffolding, elevators, security systems, air conditioning, sanitary ware, and facilities management, ensuring quality and reliability.Responsibilities: Lead and manage the electromechanical workshop.Oversee job allocation, scheduling, and labor management for daily operations.Hands-on experience with AC compressors, electrical motor rewinding, and pumps from 1 HP to 100 HP.Assist with quotes, project management, procurement, and quality checks.Ensure correct job numbering and accurate time records.Review and oversee job estimates.Manage inward goods, inventory checks, dispatch, and invoicing.Serve as a technical adviser on key projects and other business areas as needed.Collect and follow up on customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.Promote a health and safety culture within the organization.Prerequisites: Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience managing an electromechanical workshop.Experience in team management.About The Company: Established in the 1930s, the Al-Futtaim Group started as a trading enterprise and grew rapidly through the 1940s and 50s to become a leading regional commercial, industrial, and services organization.
