Service Contracts Executive

Job Role: Responsible for handling complete contracts processing and following the directives of the Contracts Supervisor to achieve sales and financial targets. Key Accountabilities: Productivity: Complete contracts processing on time to reduce work-in-progress and facilitate prompt invoicing by workshops. Communication: Assist sales staff across branches by answering queries, providing quotes, and resolving contract-related issues. Personal Development: Attend on-the-job training and other necessary courses to enhance competence and productivity. Contracts Invoices Inspection: Ensure accuracy in invoices, avoiding overcharging or incorrect billing. Report errors to line managers. Team Work: Collaborate professionally and efficiently with team members to meet targets. Quality: Maintain high standards in documentation and contract processing. Customer Satisfaction: Support customers within policy limits regarding financial or operational contract issues. Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Diploma in Auto/Mech. Engineering or Business Graduate. Minimum Experience: 2-4 years in a major automotive manufacturer, dealership, or distributorship as a Contracts Assistant or Service Advisor. Job-Specific Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, data processing, and auto engineering. Good PC skills including proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Power Point. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Behavioral Competencies: Problem solving, customer handling, time management, and teamwork skills.
